General Rules of Bharat Mahotsava – 2009

No event should depict any thing which may hurt the sentiments of any religion , community , institution or individual.

• The dance competition will be for two categories (i) secondary level & degree level  (ii) rest of the competition will be for the students of class XIth  onwards up to Post Graduate level.
• For each event entry is restricted to one team /individual from each college /institute/Dept.
• Participants must report to the organizing committee at least two hours before the commencement of event .
• All participants must bring their identity cards and official participation letter from the head of institute /College .
• There will be three prizes for each category of every event.
• Every participant will be given a certificate of participation.
• Teams have to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the organizing Committee appointed by RBMI.
• Decision of Judges will be final.
• Traveling expenses of the participating teams will be borne by the participating Institutions/participants.
• No Registration fee will be charged.
• In case any one is found smoking, drinking alcohol , chewing pan -masala/gutkha , the entry of team comprising of that person will be rejected and the concern student will have to leave the Institute.
• Camera of any kind is not allowed , there will be an official photographer who may be contacted for snaps on affordable price .
• Use of  Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited in the Institute Campus.
• Any Kind of prop which may be dangerous or indecent will not be allowed.
• Stay arrangement can be made for out station candidate on request on actual charges.
• Participants have to bring one lock with them.
• The last date for the registration is 7th  November, 2009 (Saturday).
