We encourage everyone to treat each other with mutual respect. Do not threaten, harass, or abuse thers participants in the event.

We do not allow the posting of destructive features, use of computer programs that contain such features, or access to any content that contains destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or bots for the use of scrolling, showing multiple screens.

We will not tolerate activities that can be disruptive to smooth functioning of events.

Participation Certificates will be given to every member of the team which is present during event.

No Registration Fee will be charged.

Teams have to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the organizing committee appointed by RBMI Group of Institute.

The team should report at least one hour before the scheduled timing of their events.

All participants must bring their Identity Card and official participation letter from the Head of Institute / College.

Participating Institution / Participants will bear the travelling expenses of the participating teams.

In case anyone is found smoking, drinking alcohol, chewing Pan Masala / Gutkha, the entry of the team comprising of that person will be rejected and the concern student will have to leave the Institute.

Camera of any kind is not allowed. there will be an official photographer who may be contacted for snaps on affordable price.

Use of Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited in the Institute Campus.

The last date for the registration is 1 March., 2009.

The decision of the judges and the organizers will be final.
