The season started with companies visiting the campus since then there has been no looking back with most premium employers visiting RBMI. We have continue association with our passed recruiters who have witnessed the performance of alumni but also we have seen a significant rise in the first time recruiters who now wish to be associated with RBMI.

Placements are benchmark to the performance of any management institute and it depicts, the success and the growth of the institutions. We at RBMI are proud of our achievements in this field. The students from the institute are now working in various positions of responsibility in various sectors. This year placements have also witness the same acclaims. Third consecutive placement fair was organized at RBMI campus on 5th & 6th April'08 in association with Times Ascent. The fair was inaugurated by G.M.Tripathi RBMI is being pioneer in providing platform to companies of national & international repute and students of various institutes. Companies like Uflex, Dabur, PDPL, SBI Life ins., Bajaj Allianz, Technical Associate, Genpect, Akiko Callnet, Wimco, Camphor & Allied Products, and J.K. Sugar etc. provided placement opportunities to students of various institutes. The total number of students participated in placement fair were 3500 and 357 students got on the spot job offer.
